Private support
Email help@layertoday.com for a private question, account problem, deletion request, or anything that should not be public. We’re a small team and aim to reply within a few days.
Report a bug
In the iOS app, open Profile and choose Report a bug. Add a short description of what happened. You can include a screenshot and an email address if you want a reply. If you cannot use the in-app report, email help@layertoday.com.
Report a voice note
Race Mode voice notes are recorded by people you invite. Open a note in the iOS app and choose Report to flag it as abusive, threatening, or something else. You can also delete any note you have received, which removes it from your device and from Layer’s servers.
A sender can only reach you through a single-use invitation you created, so nobody can send you a second note unless you invite them again. If you would rather not use the in-app report, email help@layertoday.com. We act on reports of abusive or threatening content within 24 hours.

Share and vote on public ideas at Layer Feedback. Votes help us understand what matters to runners, but they are not a promise or delivery date.
Ideas, comments, votes, and the display name you publish may be visible to anyone. Do not post private run, health, exact location, account, or authentication details.
