Layer keeps bug reports, public feature ideas, and private support in separate channels. Choose the one that fits what you need to share.

Report a bug

In the iOS app, open Profile and choose Report a bug. Add a short description of what happened. You can include a screenshot and an email address if you want a reply.

If you cannot use the in-app report, email help@layertoday.com.

Request a feature

Share and vote on public ideas at Layer Feedback. Votes help Layer understand what matters to runners, but they are not a promise or a delivery date.

Ideas, comments, votes, and the display name you publish may be visible to anyone. Do not post private run, health, exact location, account, or authentication details.
